The Investment Process

Please note that medifundo does not offer crowdinvestments.

Usually the company indicates which form of participation is offered: whether direct equity participation, convertible loans, subordinated loans or silent partnership.

The companies also specify the minimum participation amount. This amount can be 10,000 € or also clearly more. In particular in the case of an equity participation it is in the interest of a company capable of acting to keep the circle of the shareholders entitled to vote clear.

If you are interested in an investment, we will establish contact with the company. You can then negotiate the conditions directly with the company.

Matching in Life Sciences

We provide a matching platform for startups in the life sciences with financial investors.

With our network we are specialized in investors who know the challenges and risks as well as the returns in case of success.
